We're Hiring!

 What You’ll Do:

• Craft high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with care and consistency
   
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to parents, caregivers, and kids
   
• Handle orders and payments using our POS system
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and kid-safe café area
   
• Assist with restocking, prepping light snacks, and light cleaning
   
• Be part of creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere—even during busy playtimes
   
• Occasionally help with birthday parties or special events 

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm, upbeat personality and love for working with families
   
• Previous barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
   
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
   
• Dependable and able to work independently
   
• Must enjoy being around children and understand the dynamics of a family-focused space
   
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

What You’ll Do:

• Greet families warmly and explain play area rules and policies

• Check In reservations and assign tables for customers
   
• Monitor the playroom to ensure it remains clean, safe, and fun
   
•  Create a magical experience for the children
   
• Help clean and reset the play area throughout the day
   
• Support café staff during busy times with light cleaning, clearing tables, and resetting spaces
   
• Assist with birthday parties or special events, helping set up, greet guests, and keep things running smoothly
   
• Answer questions and assist guests with a friendly, can-do attitude
• 
  
• Sell merchandise and input orders into the Purchase Order System
   

Who You Are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and great with both kids and parents
   
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable keeping things tidy and organized
   
• Reliable with strong communication skills
   
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to operate a Purchase Order System
  Previous experience with children, customer service, or hospitality is a plus (but not required)
